Money is good but it is never the best inheritance to leave behind for your children.The greatest inheritance to leave behind for your children is name. Money may bring you fame but can as well lead into flame. It is not so with name. A good name will bring you grace that will take away shame. A name will attract to you grace (favour). You may loose money and recover the same and even more but if you loose your name you may never recover it again. Protect your name to preserve your future.
HOW LEADERS EMERGE
Another true leader is about to emerge when you find one with surging thoughts of well being of others. Thinking of others is thinking as a leader. The size of your heart and scope of your thought for others is what defines the spread of your leadership oversight. Only those who think people can be trusted by God to lead people. Think people to lead people, think well of people to lead well the people. Real leaders don’t really think of leading or plan to lead; they just think of people’s well being and in the process find themselves ahead taking the lead. So, fill your heart with thoughts of well being of others.
PRAYER OF ENQUIRY
Having a right direction to channel one’s energy is what gives value to it. That is why prayer of enquiry is most vital to success in life. It is not much of power applied that brings result as much as clear direction given to the power. Energy expended in wrong direction is lost but it can be turned into enormous gain when it is in right direction.
Prayer of enquiry is superior to prayer for breakthrough and more productive in effect. Answers to prayer for breakthrough is contained in prayer for direction. The guided usually ends as the greatest. Prayer of enquiry is prayer for direction. Job.34:32. Direction is a form of power and it is a superior one for that matter. I’ll rather pray for God’s direction than for God’s power. It doesn’t take time or human power, it only takes divine direction. Gen.26:1-14. Divine guidance is the path to human greatness. Divine guidance brings man into partnership with God and in partnership with God there is no limitation to man.

Leaders are linkages to the future. This is what makes the raising of more leaders their greatest task. The raising of leaders is a necessity. A system that fails to raise leaders will soon be erased. Those who ignore the task of raising more leaders will soon go into extinction. Raising leaders is extending the lifespan of the organisation. The system that does not focus on raising leaders will soon loose focus. Organisation that focuses on raising leaders will become a focus in the ultimate. Potential leaders are everywhere. They are to be identified, trained and groomed, placed, assigned, tried, proved, delegated, empowered, assessed.

The easiest way to lead people is to serve them faithfully. If you touch their hearts they will give you their hands to lead them. Show them care in practical terms. I have not seen people who don’t respond to care show. Have compassion towards them. Show that you care and they will show to you how much they are ready and willing to follow. A servant to a people, today is their leader in waiting. Stopping to serve today is rising to lead tomorrow. It is people you serve that will offer you their hands to lead them. Serving them is attracting their votes to lead. To rise to lead, stoop to serve.
